Executive Assistant
Tasks
Administrative and operational
- Document management (contracts, acts, invoices, primary accounting documentation).
- Interaction with accounting, legal structures, contractors, government agencies and banks.
- Organization and control of office administrative activities.
- Solving organizational issues
Executive support
- Planning and coordination of the manager’s working day (calendar management, task prioritization).
- Preparation of analytical reports, summary materials and brief overviews for decision-making.
- Organization of meetings and negotiations, preparation of materials and participation.
- Protocol management, control of task execution.
- Working with confidential information.
Requirements
Experience and skills
- High responsibility and organization, attention to detail;
- Basic knowledge of accounting and tax accounting.
- Understanding of legal processes (working with contracts, approvals).
- Experience in organizing office work and interacting with contractors and government structures.
- Confident skills in working with office programs (Word, Excel, Google Docs).
- English language not lower than Upper Intermediate

Project Manager (Creative and Communications Department)
Tasks
- Developing and implementing a strategy to increase public awareness.
- Coordinating with the content team and the research department.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of communications and preparing recommendations for improvement.
- Identifying and developing partnerships (media, NGOs, business, government agencies).
- Preparing presentations, proposals, and formats for joint initiatives.
- Participating in campaign launches and supporting the organization of events.
- Optimizing internal communications and content production.
Requirements

- Interest in environmental issues and a strong motivation to improve the city.
- Higher education in marketing, PR, or journalism.
- Strong writing and text-editing skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Self-organization, responsibility, and high energy.
- Proficiency in Kazakh, English, and Russian (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
Will be a plus
- Experience working on creative projects.
- Project management skills.
- Experience in event organization.
