Delivery services became very popular in Almaty during and after the pandemic. Most couriers use mopeds, scooters, or bicycles and spend most of their working hours outdoors — in traffic or along busy roads.
Through the story of one courier, together with Vlast, we explored the risks they face on the streets of Almaty.
